We liked every moment spending on this finca , walking between cacao and coffe plantations, hiking to river and waterfall, enjoying the copious breakfast. The owner, Alfonso is an exceptional helpfully host and a man with a big heart .We stayed three nights and truly regret we could nt remain more.

Stunning location with unbelievable view, very tranquil and peaceful, very friendly owners, great breakfast! Need at least an SUV to get to it as around 3km up an unmade rocky road, but well worth the slow drive, as the views are amazing! Quite good wifi as well! Would happily stay there again!

We didn’t have breakfast, was that included? Took a long time for jacuzzi to get hot. Beautiful landscape.

The kindest, thoughtful, most welcoming owners made our stay most enjoyable. The volcano view is gorgeous, the continental breakfast and homemade corn tortillas to accommodate a gluten free diet was delicious. Dinner was the absolute best! Whatever we needed, they were more than happy to assist us. Our favorite place to stay while in Cost Rica!

The trip is beginning before you will get to the Lodge! The up-and-down road with a lot of rocks and dirt will definitely tickle your nerves, so do not try to drive there with the rental car :) The lodge is good placed on the top, so we got an amazing view to the jungle and river. The bungalow was good protected against the mosquitos. The plenty amounts of hummingbirds were flying around. The staff was friendly and caring.

The view from here is spectacular. We were able to drive all the way up. The restaurant and the bottom of the hill Apache was really great. Perfect spot to stay for a night before going rafting with pacuare river lodge (which is also amazing)
