Lucie was very kind and helped us whenever and whatever she could. The accommodation was even better than we expected. It was more than enough place for our group of 17 people and everything from the furniture to equipment was clean and to our satisfaction.

- Kitchen was new (another one than on the pictures, so positive). - New and pretty bathroom. - Everything on ground level (see left side of the front house on the picture). - Owners weren't there most of the time (they usually live in the other part of the house) so it was very peaceful and we had quite some privacy. - Wifi perfect. - Good parking. - Lenka is a very kind host.

Really nice place. Well equipped and well located. The view is also great from the balcony. There is a grilling place and all you need. Checkin and checkout was super easy and communication with the owner worked out very well.

I have to say this has been a pleasant surprise in every regard. The staff is exceptionally accommodating, even offering a self check-in option late in the evening to match our travel plans. The place is easily accessible by both car and public transport, easy to find and a breeze to check in/out. I especially like that they get all the basics right – the room is spacious and well-equipped, the bed offers extra pillows, the shower is great and we were offered excellent continental breakfast at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place and I'd be happy to stay here again.

The Penzion-Apex is a good place to stay. The rooms are clean, the lady who runs the hotel is very nice. She does not speak any English, and that is a bit of a challenge! However, it can be overcome with modern technology now. We arrived late, she was there to meet us, and helped us arrange a cab the next day to take us to Loucim. She also really helped us through a bad experience. I left our passports in the room after we checked out. Late that day, I had to take a train down from Pilsen to get them. I messaged her, she had them in her possession, and held them until I could get there that night. She really helped me alot with that. Kdyne is a lovely city.
