The hotel is situated in the absolute best location in the city. The room itself was very clean, and the shower was nice and spotless as well. The management was wonderful – there was a mix-up with our booking and we received a different room than ordered, but the manager was incredibly nice, apologized sincerely from the bottom of her heart, and refunded us the price difference immediately. However, there were several downsides. The staff member at breakfast was much less pleasant, and the breakfast itself was below average and definitely needs improvement. Additionally, the building layout is quite confusing; we struggled to figure out how to get to our room every time. The room was located on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and with no elevator, we had to carry all of our luggage up ourselves. Overall, while the location was perfect and the room was clean, something about the overall experience just didn't leave us wanting to return.
