We found the female host very client focused and she wants you to have the best stay. Breakfast is memorable in a beautiful dining room overlooking the charming little town with all the "doll like" houses. Amazing! We also got upgraded to the Goethe room which was a sign as we visited all the Goethe museums plus the nature walks in this visit!!

This hotel was on some distance, but the stuff was super friendly and give a ride next morning after the breakfast directly to ice skating stadium.
