Very friendly and professional staff. Always there with a smile in their face. Helpful with all questions and requests I had. The breakfast with warm and cold choices and with different kind of delicious self made jam. The breakfast room is very cosy well located with a big glass terrace facing a little pond with a water fountain and the garden. The location is amazing. 5 walking minutes to shops, restaurants, banks, ATMs, underground METRO and even a mall with food court is nearby. Thank you for your care!!!

Great place, room was very spacious and very clean, breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.

Easy access, very good communicatuon with the host and very helpful. The address indicated was correct, the property was clean, the room was exactly like in the pictures. We had one night to stay in Essen and it was good value. Clean and accessible shared toilet and showers. The key was easy to access with code offered in time by the host.

It was a very welcoming flat, easy to walk to from railway station and close to the station shops. Comfortable furnishings with everything one needed for a three night stay. It was very handy to be able to use the washing machine.

the apartment was very nice and cozy , luxurios I can say , the host was amazing answering very fast to my questions.
