Central location, clean and helpful staff

Great place, room was very spacious and very clean, breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.

The room was very clean, the location was excelent for busses and trains. The kitchen was clean every time. The communication went less smoothly, but we for sure did get all the information that we need, so that was absolutely no problem :)

Easy access, very good communicatuon with the host and very helpful. The address indicated was correct, the property was clean, the room was exactly like in the pictures. We had one night to stay in Essen and it was good value. Clean and accessible shared toilet and showers. The key was easy to access with code offered in time by the host.

Very comfortable hotel, in a nice surroundings. The room that we had was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was clean and fresh. The service is very kind, at the reception and during the breakfast. Good variety of selection during the breakfast.

Two double bedrooms ,coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, blackout binds on windows

The apartment has two decently sized bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. All is well maintained. The building and area is very quiet, and centrally located in Essen. There is even parking there.

Everything very comfortable with careful attention to detail and quality! Hajra is an excellent host, responsive and attentive. I slept great, which was important because I needed to be fit for a conference (my reason for being in Essen).

It was a very welcoming flat, easy to walk to from railway station and close to the station shops. Comfortable furnishings with everything one needed for a three night stay. It was very handy to be able to use the washing machine.

the apartment was very nice and cozy , luxurios I can say , the host was amazing answering very fast to my questions.
