The house is fantastic, beautiful building modernised really well to offer a country feel but with the modcons. The pool is great for a young family with lots of land to explore. We loved eating on the outdoor area using the wood fired asador. We can't wait to return.

Set in an idyllic location, the property is exquisite and peaceful and the hosts could not be friendlier or more helpful or accommodating. We highly recommend Veiga Mariña for anyone who needs the perfect place to settle in amidst the mountains of Galicia.

Property was nice. Difficult for me to give a review as I did not sleep at O Candil. As a solo woman traveler doing the Camino I did not feel Comfortable being in the house alone for quite some time, and so far from the Camino. It might be better for travelers in the area but not for pilgrims on the Camino.
