The space was small but well thought out. The town of Brunete was wonderful. Very private entrance. We walked the dogs in the fields nearby.

Enough space, modern interior, very nice mattress, kitchen with first-day essentials like coffee etc. Small patio outside with nice sun in the morning. Easy and friendly check-in. Contact with the property owner easy.

The hotel was situated outside of Madrid in a nice area, very green and relaxing. For the price we paid I was expecting less than basic but it was way nicer than I had anticipated. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was ideal with a great shower. It even had a small kitchen which of course we didn't need but lovely to have that option. The staff were very friendly and forthcoming and as we have an electric car offered the option of plugging it in in the garage which proved valuable. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and there is a restaurant and bar, although we didn't eat there it looked very nice. All in all a great stay and hopefully one day I will return.

It’s always difficult to review an hotel when you stay during a town’s fiesta because life changes; staff take days off, some restaurants bars and shops, even petrol stations, close but I’m still trying to get my head around my experience here. I chose the hostal because it looked easy to find, I could park on the street outside and it had a restaurant. Yes, I found it easily, parked outside but no restaurant. Hostal ASADOR is a pretty clear indication it has one, isn’t it? But it didn’t. The current Booking.com information photos show a busy restaurant but the description now says there isn’t one. Correct, there isn’t one; but I’m sure that’s changed since I booked it in February (my stay was in September) because I noted that it had one and even sent a message to them to ask if it would be open when I was there. I didn’t receive a reply. There is one next door which seems to be part of the same building as the hostal but it was closed. Luckily it’s only a short walk to the town centre so I was pointed in that direction and assured that I would find restaurants there. I was sceptical because it was fiesta so the town was buzzing with a music stage in Plaza Mayor and a huge fairground in the adjoining park. After passing many burger stands I was eventually fortunate to come across a lovely restaurant near the park with only one table available. I got very lost walking back to the hostal. I had a feeling that the hostal had recently been taken over. It was a strange atmosphere. The lady and her husband/partner, whom I assumed were the owners, were both very friendly but uncomfortably so and seemed to be at my shoulder whenever I emerged from my room. My ground floor room adjoining the small reception was pretty basic and rather dismal. No wall sockets and no bedside lights. The shower room was OK. There was nothing majorly wrong but it was rather a dour place, felt unloved and I just didn’t feel comfortable so I don’t think I would stay here again.

To be honest you get what you pay for. It's a cheap hostel that's comfortable enough for what you pay

Very modern and clean apartment. Parking nearby was also comfortable. Modern kitchen with laundry machines and other appliances. Power outlets with USB perfect for tourists. Really great and enjoyable apartment.

Very nice place. We have been there many times both in the House as well the apartment and its always a plesure to bee back. The hosts are very friendly and All you need for a good stay you find here. We are looking forward to bee back later in May. 👍🏻😎
