This place is a quintessence of peace and harmony. Designed with attention to every detail Finca las Calmas is a unique hotel (or shall I say retreat) on the Andalusian map. Right from the arrival you feel like you are visiting old friends. Anne Marie and Gerard will make you feel the most important and welcomed person in the world. The rooms, dining area and surroundings creatively combine modern architectural style with Balinese Spa. Its Remarkably quiet due to its location in the middle of Olive Oil Orchards but since it’s placed on top of a hill you get to enjoy endless views up to Sierra Nevada snow-capped peaks (I was visiting in Oktober). Very intimate as well as the hosts make sure no more than 3 rooms are occupied at the same time. If you like a type of cuisine where tradition meets modern flair your taste buds are in for a treat! Gerard’s cooking is truly amazing. No need to leave this place for fancy Grenada restaurants - you have the top chef culinary experience on the spot with meals freshly made from local ingredients. He will include all your food intolerances and personal preferences too! I was swept off my feet. I truly recommend this place for anyone searching for great company, amazing food and peaceful sleep and rest.

good location for going around in Andalusia. spacious parking. good breakfast and kind staff. It was better than we expected. hardly hear highway sound. anyhow If you have a car we can highly recommend this place. We ate even dinner there two times after failing find a parking in granada and after long walk in sierra nevada.

The apartment has a magical atmosphere. There were lots of relaxing spots by the pool. Although the sweet owner Amy lives at the upper floor, we felt like we have our privacy. Super-dog friendly, dogs are accommodated without no additional cost.

The spaciousness of both the inside and the outside of the accommodation was seriously incredible! We were with a group of 10 people on our annual friend group holiday and we had the absolute best time. The quiet, the facilities and the comfort were all there and more. The very nice people are also really approachable and most friendly (thank you so much!). We absolutely recommend this accommodation! Also, if you want, the paintball court next to it is also very much recommended as the service, courts and staff are a 10/10!
