The pool was great and the villa was nice and modern. Close to The Club, Spar and El Boulevard. Nice outdoor space and furniture.

Excellent location. We were playing golf, which was only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of places to eat and drink along the strip too.

Communication was super. Everything was easy and explained in full. This was a bonus as we'd never stayed in a villa before or booked one abroad through booking.com. The accommodation is just brilliant. Lovely layout. Very clean on arrival. Towels was a bonus. It was a lovely touch to have some basics on arrival like bread, milk, butter, eggs, etc. There was plenty of everything in terms of kitchen equipment. Including a bbq outside, toasties machine, washing machine, and a wine cooler. All the little extras and more. I was made up that there was a hairdryer with a defuser. Now, if you are a curly girl, this is an unheard of extra!!! The pool was very clean. In fact, the outdoor space was brilliant all around. It was less than 5 minutes to a SPAR shop. Has all what you would need. If you have a car, I would recommend a drive to the cheaper supermarkets such as Consum or Lidl. They are roughly 20mins away. It is also only a short ride to Cartagena, which is a lovely town/port. On site, just a short walk to the boulevard area, you have a good and varied choice of bars and restaurants. Indoor restaurant meal for 3 with 3 mains, 3 drinks and a bottle of water was €50. You also have the Paddle Courts on site with a heated pool, mini golf, and a bar. We were lucky with warm weather 20-24°C for the first week in April. I'm already looking at returning.

This apartment is 25 mins from Murcia Airport by car and the rental huts to collect and drop are just across the road from the airport. There is a Spar on Mar Menor resort for you to get essentials (1 min from apartment) & the bigger supermarkets and malls are a 10/15 min drive away. There is a petrol garage 5 mins from the resort if needed. Personally I would hire a car again as the roads are quiet and its not as busy as the more popular areas to drive e.g. Alicante etc... and we found our way about easily. The apartment is a few minutes walk from plenty of restaurants and bars. There is an outdoor gym and sports facilities available to use and plenty of pools included to choose from. We stayed over the Easter holidays with two children and checked out 4 pools, none were crowded and there are beds and towels in the apartment for you to use. There was a kids club over easter for little ones too, charged at 20 euro per day from 10am-3pm. We went on plenty of walks around the lake and walked past the children's park, driving range and hotel, all are very clean, tidy and quiet! The rooms have everything you need and even has quirky little extras such as binoculars and buckets and spades for the beach! The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and there is enough storage to hide away the suitcases. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. It's on the first floor and has lovely views and a large terrace that is sunny all day. We didn't need to use the aircon, but there for the hotter months. We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to book up again. Thank you

Amazing stay . We were welcome really well. Amazing villa . Clean very spectacular. Everything what you need there . We went with 2 children and grandmother and all were very happy with stay. The owner provide Everything what you need and its always to help if you need anything. I recommend 100%.
