Host was terrific, could not be more obliging.We were unable to reach the property before the agreed time for check in due to missing our train .We arrived on a later train and she waited and collected us from the station. Location is perfect for the Camino as you are right on the trail only with 2klm head start. Property has everything you need for a self catering vacation and has a lovely view.

Large comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Extremely kind , friendly and helpful staff . Nice position in a small basque village within easy reach of other villages by car. Good breakfast served outside. Private car park. There appeared to be good walking trails but sadly , we didn't have time to do them. Lovely traditional inside restaurant bar . Food and drinks served in the day, We did a short tour of the basque region and this was our favourite hotel. Quiet, restful , good atmosphere, in a typical basque village. I would definitely recommend it and come back here if I am in the area in the future.
