The hosts greeted us as we we drove in. Chatted away and took us to our room. The room was beautiful and large which was a huge surprise. The bed was super comfy we had an excellent sleep. We were asked when we would like breakfast and it was lovely and satisfying. Altogether a perfect end to our time in France. Thank you so much for having us

The hotel was clean, comfort and very good value. It states that it is 2* but we would def give 3+* The hosts are excellent and amiable, nothing was too much trouble. She was very knowledgable of the area and spent time in informing us of the places to see in the village and surrounding area. Food was excellent. There was plenty of outdoor sitting. Outside of the main bedroom areas was a communal sitting area which had coffee making facilities and also a large fridge if you had any items you wished to keep cool. We would definitely come again

We had a wonderful few days at the the property. Spent lots of time watching the small animals that were there including sheep, a donke, a very handsome turkey, rooster, chickens and geese. The kittens that were there were playful and 1 especially was a proper character. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, we arrived to find the had just lost the matriarch of the family at 101 years and had a funeral and lots of family to attend to, however they still gave us their utmost attention. The breakfast was traditional but excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend Asinus to anyone looking to stay in the area.
