The property is wonderfully tucked away surrounded by brooks and lush trees with no other properties in sight. The internal photos show the thought and skill that has gone into the excellent presentation of the apartment. Each night we were serenaded by a nightingale which more than made up for the railway line but, as mentioned by a previous reviewer the trains are infrequent and fast. Elisabeth is an extremely generous and considerate host and we throughly enjoyed our evening drinks and apero with her and her family. Not everyone thinks to make sure there are flowers and fruit to welcome you upon arrival (even in the bathroom). Plenty of towels and throws add to your comfort.

The property is a very nice old french house, with vintage furniture, and a strong retro feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped. The property has a big yard and garage available. The property has no reception, you will receive a password to access the key.

Really charming house and garden, we loved the view from the terrace and having the opportunity to explore the pathways around the property. Dinner (optional) and breakfast were both excellent and we appreciated the very warm welcome from our hosts. Everything was very clean and well equipped.
