This is the very best place you can imagine and here is why a. Location. It is just perfect for historical exploration of the area. Chambord is 30 minutes, Cheverny 10 min and Blois 20 minutes away. b. Actual house. It is historical mansion with stone walls and timber elements which are many centuries old. At the same time it is renovated to perfection, clean and comfortable. Beds are great and night sleep is the best I had for a long time c. Hosts. They are lovely people, eager to help you with expert advise on history of the area, wine selection and restaurant booking. d. Breakfast. It is very good. Local farm products, gluten free options.

This place is absolutely recommended! Peaceful, on a very large piece of land. Fully equipped and comfortable rooms, a nice pool. The breakfast is wonderful and served with love. The owners are absolutely sweet and helpful people and made us feel at home from the first until the last minute of our stay. Thank you!

Excellent family home right next to the Château de Fougères-sur-Bièvre. Spacious, with an open plan kitchen, and big living room and bedrooms. We spent a week there and we loved every single moment. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a massive garden and a BBQ. The hosts Marie-France and Thierry were amiable and their self-check-in instructions were very easy to follow. We would definitely go back.

We appreciated the comfort, the calm, the charm of the rooms, the enchanting setting of the house and the hosts' garden. Ideally located to visit the castles of the Loire Valley and the zoo of Beauval nearby. The hosts are fully attentive to their guests, full of attention and at the same time discreet. Perfect guest house! I fully recommend!
