A very warm welcome upon arrival made us feel immediately at home. Big spacious room with all facilities we expected. Generous gardens with a clean pool. Pre-dinner drinks were served outside in the shade of a tree. Exceptional meal prepared from mainly local ingredients, accommodating our special requirements. Extensive breakfast with an attentive service. Pleasant round up of the stay when paying, accompanied by a gift of local vegetables, which we consumed the same evening at our final destination.

Everything was simply perfect! We stayed for 7 nights and had the most wonderful stay. Jonathan & Samantha are fantastic hosts who make sure you have a warm and personal welcome. The gite is super comfortable and has all the facilities you need. The surroundings are simply beautiful and peaceful and it's a joy to wake everyday and have such freedom. We took our dog with us and it was a true pleasure to have the ability to have her enjoy the garden and the big field in front of the gite freely. We also visited Cognac (15min drive), Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion and the beach (all approx.1h20 drive) which are all definitely worth visiting!

The host and house were nothing short of AMAZING! They accommodated my family and I on an extremely short notice. They took the time to ask us what we wanted for breakfast, what time was best for us to eat, as well as made sure we had everything we could have needed! The location was absolutely beautiful.
