The gite was very spacious, with a nice garden with a table tennis table, hammock, pizza oven, bbq, big kitchen and a bath tub! There was coffee and tea and you could buy fresh eggs. It’s very authentic and cute. Harriet and Sarah are very friendly, approachable and helpful. Within a 5-minute drive there’s a bakery, Aldi, big Carrefour and Action. Price quality wise this is a really good choice!

The accommodation consists of two large tents on a farm in the countryside - one a Mongolian Yurt and the other a canvas safari tent - with the very friendly and helpful hosts also on site. The safari tent was very spacious, with all of the facilities that we needed. It was good to have a proper modern toilet and shower block available to make it all a bit more comfortable. Our nine-year old child particularly enjoyed it - as well as the excitement of staying in a tent, he could run around and play safely in the extensive garden, and there were friendly dogs to stroke. All of the facilities appeared new and up to date. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. When it comes to finding the place, note that the sign on the gate says 'Le Clos des Monts'. We took the opportunity to visit the Zoo de Jurques while we were there for a short stay before taking the ferry home from Caen/Ouistreham, which was only a 40-minute drive away. There is a minimum two-night stay. We'll be back!

Gli albergatori erano gentili e accoglienti, tuttavia alla sera ho dovuto aspettare fuori per 20 minuti prima che mi aprissero, nonostante fosse segnato che il check-in era disponibile fino alle 23 (sono arrivato un'ora prima) La stanza da letto era di dimensioni accettabili, e il letto comodo e pulito, ma il bagno era decisamente troppo piccolo, inoltre le stanze mancano di insonorizzazione in toto, per cui si sente tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze, il russare dei vicini incluso. La posizione è ottimale per chi cerca una struttura vicino Mont Saint Michel senza spendere molto, ma la struttura non è il massimo a cui si può mirare. Comodo il parcheggio accanto alla struttura, e la quiete del posto in sé, ubicato in zona quasi del tutto rurale.
