Stunning rural location, a truely magical retreat ..food for the soul.The soothing energy of This B and B retreat with beautiful blossom filled gardens. A short drive from the charming village of Limeuil. The hosts were generous and kind.I had the most amazing treatment on my back and neck.The breakfast was delicious. Breakfast was beyond amazing. Aurore, the owner, baked local pastries and delicacies for each of us. We had much more than we could eat. And the lovely setting is amazing. This is one of those places I'd like to keep secret, but it would be unfair to the owners. Really one of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed.

We stayed at the Manoir Bellerive in August and absolutely loved it from beginning to end. The room was spacious with very powerful aircon, great little fridge and wifi. Really comfy beds. Particularly loved the large swimming pool overlooking the Dordogne and the delightful grounds with exotic plants and lily ponds. The local area is great too - very convenient for shops / restaurants at Buisson de Cadouin and the amazing river beach. The highlight of the stay though has to be the very warm welcome and relaxed yet professional approach from Michele and the team. They are obviously putting 1000% into the whole operation and you can tell in the level of care which felt more like a 5 star boutique hotel. We definitely hope to return one day!
