Very clean property and room! The host is very accommodating, helpful, organized and communicates well. They reassigned us to another room prior to our arrival due to a TV maintenance problem. They sent me a text to let me know and I appreciated that effort to make sure we had a properly working TV and for the communication. They set up a taxi pick up for me for an early flight. The room is very pretty with plush, new carpet, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, nice coffee & snack station and very clean/new feeling bathroom. Large plush towels and bathroom emergency kits provided as well as access to kitchen use as well. The security front door opens to a lovely foyer prior to the individually locked rooms. We felt very safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is well kept and pretty, it is quiet also. From the train, we walked a few blocks and were there. Perfect for what we needed!

we loved the location. Walking distance to a bus stop, alti, and just about anything else we wanted to do! We loved the size of it as well. We found it perfect! Bed was comfy and it was very quiet despite being on a busier road. Shower was great as well!!! we could even do laundry as there is a washer dryer provided.

Very warm welcoming from the host big sainsburys is just behind and tesco extra the host didn't have a cot but offered to go buy one he is investing in one though place has everything you need and is clean was warm beds were comfy id stay again if your travelling to or from the airport u need the x5 much cheaper then a taxi
