Place was perfect location for where we needed to go. Staff were super helpful and understanding when life happens and I needed extra help. Breakfast was great and beds were super comfy. Porta cot set up ready to go for young child.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very tranquil. I also loved the fact that you didn't have to check out until midday. Would highly recommend it to anyone

This hotel is absolutely designed for anyone to have one of the best travel experiences while in Suffolk! A very cosy and comfortable Kingsize bed gives you an extremely good night sleep. And when you sleep with your windows wide open as I do, waking up in the morning to the birds chirping in the trees outside was an extra bonus. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was and is impressive to say the least, starting with your own bathroom as well as the rest of the premises. The Spa/Pool area was actually one of the best I’ve ever experienced during my travels!!! Breakfast was as delicious as advertised and staff was truly wonderful in assisting me because of my mobility issues. This is a place where you can see a team at work and all ready to go the extra mile to make a visitor welcome in every single way. A HUGE shoutout to Darren at reception who was extremely supportive upon arriving late at night, coming back from a concert, he was literally my life saver!!! Top marks all around and I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone. Value for money is excellent!!! Fantastic stay overall and if I ever come back to Ipswich, I will definitely stay here again!

The design and finish of The Sunset Nook is absolutely beautiful.

Jan & Roger were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. They both sat and discussed many things : the area, their reasons for going B&B, holidays, their little dogs etc The breakfast choice was first class, and the quality of what was served was fantastic.

Nicely located in a quiet cul de sac within very easy walk of Asda supermarket. All rooms are a good size and comfortable. For a short stay the house is completely functional. Neighbour was friendly.
