This beautiful and modern house is perfect for your stay in Ipswich! Contractors, friends and families are welcome - we look forward to hosting you! The house consists of: 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a unique living and conservatory dining room area. We provide linen, towels as well as tea & coffee to make your mornings more enjoyable. No Wi-Fi. Private driveway parking. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bedrooms 1 and 2 can be arranged as twin rooms or super king rooms, bedroom 3 can be arranged as a twin room or a king room and bedroom 4 is a standard single. Each room is provided with fresh linen and soft fluffy towels. The mattresses are super comfy, so whether you were enjoying the city all day or working on a site, we can guarantee you will have a good night's sleep! The kitchen is fit for an aspiring chef (just like you!) - It is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans so that you can cook your favourite meals. A microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine are also available for you and your guests. There is also a lovely garden which is ideal for relaxing outside.
