We didn't realize how convenient the location was until we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed including a much-needed drying rack, since we were soaked after visiting The Man of Storr. The homemade bread and jam were an extra treat, and the views were stunning to say the least.

We spent a magical four days and three nights in beautiful Skye. From the moment we stepped into The Lodge it felt like a home away from home. On our second day at The Lodge, we were married. We started our day looking out into Brothers Point with the ‘dress reveal’ being a magical moment for both of us. When we arrived back from our wedding day, we spent the evening by the fire. This is a lovely self-catering cottage on a Loch. Although it seemed far from everything on Skye, it wasn't, as you have to drive everywhere in any case! The view from the cottage is magnificent and we were within walking distance of Kilt Rock, weather permitting! The house is extremely comfortable for 4 people and very well appointed. We would definitely stay there again on a future visit. Thank you to the prompt service by the handyman in doing some minor repairs.
