There was one of the best places to stay. You have everything you need there, and it is all clean and well maintained. The owners are nice, friendly, and discrete. The house is very close to the city centre and to stores, bakery, and tavernas. From there you can easily go to the mountains nearby or even to the sea. The view is fantastic and the courtyard is very beautiful.

The host is very nice and helpful and can provide local and traditional food (pies, feta cheese, moussaka, tomatoes, honey, eggs) You can eat in the tavernas in the village. one has a great lamb. Live in the mountains and go to the beach! :)

The Location is lovely, truly remote, but in 10 minutes you are at the sea and a 50 min drive you are at Mount Olympus to do some hiking. The lady that gave us the keys as soon as we arrived, also gave us Halva (Greek sweet delicacy eaten in the week of our stay due to Orthodox Christian fasting period commencing), and the next morning came to bring us fresh eggs. Be sure to drive the 30 minutes to visit the Platia Ammos beach. Its a true gem.
