Excellent breakfast - having liaised with yourselves (through the ever helpful Pantelis) 'the twins' provided all the breakfast items we requested - & more e.g., fruit, cake, jams, beer & raki! In fact 'the twins' (together with their mama) attended to the laundry & cleaning duties of the villa (inside & out) at appropriate intervals - with a happy & very helpful manner about them. This maintained the very impressive cleanliness of a well proportioned & well furnished property...that struck the right note of being both traditional & contemporary (i.e., all mod cons!) - & well situated being close enough to the village square & offering beautiful views of the countryside & mountains.

We have stayed in Villa Silvia only 2 nights but it was enough to assess how great this place is. The villa is immaculate and confortable. The view is stunning, the area super quiet and at the same time, only 10 minutes away from nice beaches and tavernas, and Chania city centre.
