It's on the ground floor, which is means it should be relatively cool on hot days. You can sit outside on the small terrace. Filiates is a charming small town with friendly inhabitants. It is a good starting point for cycling day trips, such as the half-day trip to the Holy Monastery of Giromeri. The proprietor, Chris, was perhaps the most helpful proprietor we have ever experienced, taking unusual steps to solve a major travel problem that we had on the way to his apartment.

Very calm, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms only 4 Km away from the port. The staff is very friendly and supportive. It was relaxing after a long trip on the motorcycle. Will come again every time I'll be around and need a place to relax.

Perfect location, ample parking and luckily not right in the center of town and therefore more quiet. The mattress was super comfortable and the apartment is spacious. Would stay again 👍

Very good rooms with an exetremely nice balcony where you could sit and eat. Nice hosts who gave welcome gift of fresh vegetables and wine. Keyless codelock on door was a big plus becuse you didn't have to worry about losing keys on the beach. Good parking.

The apartment is like a 4 star hotel room - everything is perfect plus a fully equipped kitchen - a treasure. Parking is aplenty right in front of the building. The owners' windows are favibg the parking. The owner met me at 00:50! That's a real feat given that the check-in is allowed only until 23:30. My ferry was late - I hadn't intendedto make life of the owners difficult :(
