Excellent location overlooking the bay, probably the best place to stay in Patmos, with gorgeous beaches and seaside restaurants in close proximity. Very spacious room with practical layout, well equipped kitchenette and balcony with a view. Family run small business, with owners always present, genuinely hospitable, attentive, courteous and proactive. Overall a very good deal for the price.

They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection. Excellent. Breakfast was served by the pool with an amazing view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The staff (Nikos, Panos, Dora, Alexis) were excellent with their service and always had a smile. Our heatfelt chats with Panos and a cool drink in the evenings by the bar were amazing & he made the best Spaghetti Napoli dish which we had on our balcony overseeing the Aegean. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay such a memorable one.

Breakfast buffet selection was excellent! Location of the hotel with the private beach was a real treat! Rooms were spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished and clean, and we were upgraded to a suite with a private pool!! Absolutely wonderful!! Staff were friendly and attentive! The front view of the sea was stunning, particularly from the big window of the living room. Incredible sunsets from the terrace! Comfortable beds and cool kitchen with all the tools. Clean and well-located house. Perfect also to run along the coast to the port. All amenities, sea, and restaurants close and the bus stop 50m away. We will repeat for sure! Thank you, Angelos!!

For us this is the nicest way to stay in Greece: in a beautiful place run by a local family. The studio's furnishings are basic but quite adequate. Everything else is pure luxury: the amazing location, the secret beach just steps away, the peaceful starry nights. Maria and Giannis were easy to communicate with, most welcoming and super helpful. A great place to soak in the beauty of Patmos, relax and make new friends. A little advice: bring a mosquito net or plenty of repellent!
