The breakfast was excellent. Huge choice of hot and cold foods cooked to order with superb staff and service. The location is great too. Set in exquisite gardens and located between the lively town of Gorey and the lovely beaches and harbour of Courtown. Two excellent restaurants , The Conservatory or the lovely Duck, with much of the produce used in the delicious dishes coming from the hotel kitchen garden. Lovely walks around the house, tennis courts, a great bar with inside and outside seating, charming rooms and helpful staff make this hotel a great choice. Impossible not to return.

The location was good but the hotel is so geared up to cater for families it’s not really suitable for older couples like ourselves. The customer service wasn’t great and you are really expected to fend for yourself for everything, not what I’d expect from a 4 star hotel
