Perfect little hideaway outside of Killarney.. only 5 mins from the town.. beautiful surroundings and cosy home with everything you need for a trip to Killarney… Terry and his family are very welcoming and very nice to deal with… couldn’t recommend it highly enough… we really loved our stay…

Stayed at the stable house over the bank holiday on a motorbike trip, the house is immaculate pictures do not do it justice it’s amazing, Shane and Ciara couldn’t be more helpful left us milk for tea and coffees, made sure their was hot water for us, even offered to hold our bags for us after we checked out if we wanted to go on another drive can’t recommend them enough, will definitely be back.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. Very pleasant receptionist and barman. The food was lovely and the service was fast and reliable. Check-in was easy. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and spacious with plenty of towels and a clean bathroom. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

I booked this accommodation as the hotel in Cork that provides a protected corporate rate for employees of our company refused to honour this over the bank holiday weekend and Jazz festival (apparently attracts big crowds) they wanted around 3 times the nightly rate. Working near Macroom did a search on booking.com and the pictures of this property looked modern yet comfortable. In reality there was nothing to complain about. Didn't cook (although I usually would but most utensils and cutlery seemed to be on hand) there was a dishwasher and a washing machine which I used on the last day. More pleasing was that detergent and fabric softener was provided, as I wouldn't have bothered otherwise. Was nice to leave with a case full of clean clothes as on arrival. The Wi-Fi was excellent... Netflix or casting to the tv worked without hitch. The sofa and bed were comfortable and the shower was steaming hot. No complaints and I'm sure I'll be back if the work here continues!

Mary and Michaels bnb was like a home away from home. always greeted with a friendly smile and chat. my room was very clean and warm. bathroom was spotless. a lot of storage for clothes etc. breakfast was lovely. location is nice and quiet also a five minute walk from supervalu.

The mattresses were high quality and exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very quiet, and off the main road. The hostess was friendly and answered all our questions.

After we discovered how to use GPS for this area, we found the location was great- not 20 km from everything: Only 6 km's. Get directions to next large city...killarney. Fine base to go to various locations. Good wifi. Good TV selection.
