People welcomed us very nicely, they were helpful and kind. The check in was very fast and easy. The room absolutely clean and perfectly neat. It smelled nice and was quiet all the time.i even sent a message for a late check in and got an immidiate response with aknowlegment. I was impressed and definity recommend the place.

This is one of those moments when you don't know if you should give a good rating or not. If (for selfish reasons) you don't, it's not fair to hosts' hard work. If you do, people will learn about this hidden gem and it will be more and more difficult to get a place there. * The property is located in a vineyard and you can actually see the plants, the tools, barrels, etc. For a city person this is definitely interesting and confirmed the authenticity of the place; * Next house is few hundred meters away so there is nothing but quietness and space around you; * Free parking; * Pool - we didn't use it (November) but I bet it's quite tempting during the summer; * The rooms are clean. Everything is well organized and nothing ruins your feeling of grandma's-room-coziness. The way they hid the kitchenette is awesome! * Breakfast is not rich, but I think it's enough. Coffee is really good; * Dinner was also great. Try the risotto or the cheese. They are on our "to return" list.

This spacious house makes you feel like home. We were feeling themselves really like visiting our Italian relatives. The house is really very big, separately standing with its own outdoor garden. Kitchen equipment is more than we needed. Literally anything you need is there. Even if you will stay for a month. Various options were for breakfast. Host is pleasant and helpful. We had self check-in and found house quickly and easily. The only minus is we stayed there for a short time. Really worth it driving more kilometers to this place.

The location of the hotel is in a beautiful quiet spot in the forest. Ms Samantha, the owner of the facility, is very kind, thoughtful and hospitable, thank you very much again. The hotel is very clean .the breakfast was very sufficient .I would like to stay again

The room was much bigger than I expected .Very clean with a very comfortable bed .Great views of the beautiful surrounding countryside .You also have the use of a fully equipped kitchen .The owners are really very friendly .It is surrounded by vineyards in a quiet little town.

Wonderful agriturismo. Everyone was very welcoming from check-in through to check out. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was perfect. We would have stayed for longer and explored the region. We would definitely go back to Cascina degli Ulivi if we can.
