price and installations : room, restaurant with breakfast

Very nice and quite place. Perfect suitable for families. Attilio is a good and nice host.

Very friendly and helpful. Free use of cycles and barbecue (if required). Offered free fruit and vegetables from their garden.

Everything was fine, the only problem was the gas station breakfast.

My stay at the countryside farm villa, surrounded by fields, was peaceful and refreshing. The rooms were lovingly furnished, adding to the rustic charm. Two friendly dogs greeted me instantly and the very kind host not only prepared an excellent breakfast but also welcomed me to join a local pasta and music festival in the nearby village, making the visit even more special.

Elisa is a very courteous hostess. Her top priority was to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We greatly appreciated this, and her commitment was above average and outstanding! From the start, she shared some locations for shopping, recommended restaurants, and provided a free Italian breakfast with lots of coffee capsules (four varieties) – very accommodating! She also offered us more than enough tomatoes from her own garden – so kind. In addition, we were allowed to use the washing machine without any complications, our cat was allowed into the spacious courtyard with garden, and even after a dispute between our diva and her cat, she gave our princess some space. What can we say? We haven't experienced such hospitality in over four months of traveling and more than 20 accommodations! This was our first contact in Italy, and she made our emigration more than sweet. There is also more than enough parking right around the corner at the church, where you can also charge your car. A clear recommendation, and I have never been so happy to write a review. Many thanks for the start, the care, the communication, your efforts, understanding, and warm, open manner! God bless you and your family!

Comfortable room with newly renovated private bathroom in separate building very close to the bakery building with the other rooms, centrally located in the town. We also had the use of an older style kitchen/ lounge area. Breakfast is optional and we bought coffee and pastries at the bakery. Lovely. He also let us park our 2 bicycles in a locked garage.

The perfect place to rest. Very close to Po. Very friendly people. I highly recommend it.

We were on a cycling holiday, the room was fantastic. .Mattia the waiter who looked after us at dinner was extremely helpfull, the food was very good.I would recommend this as a place to stay for anyone travelling through this area. The accommodation we stayed in had two bedrooms and a bathroom and could sleep 5 people.

The friendliness of the staff,

Lovely room, comfortable bed, very clean, coffee machine, no smoking and respectful guests. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious!
