Breakfast each morning was a real treat, featuring a lovely selection of traditional ham and cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, and sweets – all thoughtfully presented and delicious. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel special. The location is ideal if you're attending events at Villa Manin, which is just a short distance away. We only wish we had more time to explore the area – it’s definitely a place we’d love to return to!

A beautiful hidden gem in a quite city. Clean rooms with all the basic amenities that we needed for an overnight stay. We travelled with our young kids and the host was very kind and accommodating to them. There is an amazing pizzeria within a 4 min walk from the bnb which the host recommended for our dinner.

Amazing breakfast. Quiet, peaceful place. 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and a shop. I work remote so it was ideal to stop over for a week.

We had a great stay here, staff greeted us at 11:45pm, very friendly and showed us to our room. Lovely breakfast for us in the morning. The building is very interesting, our room was very big! Highly recommended.

We spent a night there, went on a concert at Villa Manin. I liked spacious room and decent bathroom, beautiful surrounding - nature, river, horses

The staff was so nice. My room was comfortable. Good position too. I definitely recommend it.

The breakfast had many options with fresh fruit, breads and baked goods jams, and spreads. There was yogurt, cheese, eggs and cold cuts. The coffee was great and there was a nice selection of fresh juice. Lucia was amazing! Always smiling and efficient. The hotel was very clean. The housekeepers refilled the supplies and nothing was ever missing. The beds were comfortable and when we asked to switch to 2 twin beds, it was done immediately. The rooms had a good lay out with places to store cosmetics in the bathroom, shoes and shelves and hangers for clothing. The people at the front desk were welcoming and helpful.

The place is in a beautiful setting, with vineyards and Alpine peaks right outside the window. It’s a fairly new spot, and everything still looks fresh and modern. The wine is great, just like the other things they serve. There’s also a pool to enjoy. Super friendly and helpful staff :) We totally recommend it!

The place is beautifully decorated with antique furniture but with modern amenities. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, with many fresh local options available. Loved the place.

The place is very big, the AC was blasting when we arrived, a nice touch in the heat we had that day.

Everything was amazing. This nice villa is really cosy, full of beautiful details that hosts created with their art, design and craftsman taste and abilities. Really nice, clean and lovely decorated rooms, comfortable beds, soft towels and breakfast was excellent; even the tableware was carefully chosen. There was also a homemade cake and, of course, excellent Italian coffee. Everything was taken care of by the hosts, who also kindly helped us choose a great local tavern. Parking is available in front of the house. The view from the rooms overlooks the vineyard and the mountains in the background. Everything was really exceptional. Above all, the hosts were very friendly—so once again, thank you for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely wonderful ( silver srvice!) Breakfast! The very large appartment was stunning and although next to a road, once through the gates this was forgotten - very peaceful and also surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our host was absolutely charming and very helpful. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay after a long journey!
