If you want an authentic Italian experience with wonderful hosts, then this is the place to go. Luigi and his wife Elves are a wonderful Italian couple who will do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible, despite barely speaking a word of English, but we managed to communicate using Google translate and hand gestures and you can't help but wonder at how hard these two work. A wonderful couple and you will feel a better person just for meeting them.

The kindest owner i have come accross. She accomodated our last minute change of arrival.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing and completely exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like paradise on Earth! The room was beautiful and everything was exceptionally clean. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel completely at home. You can also tell that he has a great eye for aesthetics, as the entire property is beautifully designed and maintained. The property itself is stunning, the pool is large and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It’s the ideal place to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet, especially since it’s adults-only. The location is also great – only about a 10-minute drive from the sea, with several excellent restaurants nearby. It was truly the perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 🤍

Very nicely designed and thought through estate. Small and comfy. A perfect place to relax and explore the area. Niki, the owner and the host is very nice, helpful and thoughtful. Recently opened, the facilities are on a very high standard, beautiful and functional. Bravo! Very recommended!!

The host was very welcoming and although I don't speak much Italian, he made it easy to communicate, he even gave me a tour of the garden and gave me some of his products. The room is big and very comfortable, the bathroom as well. The place and linen was clean. Food and all drinks you can immagine are available 24/7. You even get a fridge/freezer in the room, which is very convenient. There is AC if needed, and also a good ceiling fan for circulation.

Great location, very clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful owners. We really enjoyed our stay there and the perfect location for visuting Ravenna, Cesenatico, Brisighella,...
