Peaceful place, out of the city. Very nice staff.

Staff was lovely. The room was amazing, the family room was removed from others so we had the feeling we were isolated and didn't bother others with kids and our dog. The location is great too, just next to the old town and castle.

Room was warm, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with so many options for everyone.

This is a very traditional place, with all the import things done perfectly without unnecessary frills. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with AC essential when it was 35oC outside and still hot a night. Staff were friendly and efficient and even started breakfast at 6am for guests making an early start to the Grand Prix

Io e la mia famiglia eravamo solo di passaggio in zona e non ci aspettavamo minimamente di ritrovarci in un posto così bello. Villa Zoia è stata una vera e propria sorpresa inaspettata! Il posto è semplicemente fantastico, affascinante e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è eccezionale, soprattutto per chi viaggia con i bambini: si trova infatti vicinissimo a Leolandia, rendendolo il punto di appoggio ideale per spezzare il viaggio. Inoltre, nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi posti interessanti e accoglienti dove mangiare bene e soggiornare con grande comodità. Personale super accogliente e accomodante!

The flat was spacious and was equipped with everything you need. I especially appreciated with the Daikin air-to-air aircons which I could control by myself so that I would not feel cold in the evenings. There was even a laundry machine which I could use to do my laundry at my convenience. The place is very close to the company I was visiting. Personally I found this place is much nicer than the available hotels in the neighbourhood. Overall I highly recommended this place.

Allowed a late check in (2:30am), staff were super friendly and accommodating, leisure facilities were good value for money.

The room was were nice and clean ! The staff was excellent , they helped us with directions, recommend us good places to eat and above all was very friendly . Also they were very willing to accommodate the time of the breakfast to our needs. Moreover the rooms were cleaned every day, had heated floors and warm water all day . We stayed very pleased with our stay .

Everything. It’s located in a quiet area, adjacent to a private garden with pool and playground. Excellent for children. The host is the kindest and most welcoming person.

A great self contained property with everything you need for a short stay, I cannot think of a single thing that was not provided! Host was very friendly and communicative, would 100% stay again.

Pool was silent and not crowded. Room was enough for a family. Relatively old facilities but clean and efficient. Has a green and peaceful garden.
