the place was way better than the photos, beautifully designed rooms, large and comfy beds and so well equipped, the location is sublime and peaceful and the staff are so nice and helpful, they even gave us free late check out, so friendly and welcoming

Just beautiful ! The grounds are immaculate with beautiful olive trees and garden. Spa and restaurant area are super and the rooms are elegantly furnished and comfortable

The staff is very friendly, they made us feel at home. The breakfast is good, not a lot of variety but tasty and home-made. The place is very clean and cozy. Very nice for the price.

Perfect location for exploring both Capalbio village and Argentario sea side area. Quiet and clean room. I suggest to explore restaurant in the area but the hotel restaurant is very good. Service and staff outstanding and flexible to meet your specific needs.

We spent a great family holiday in the camp. You can easily get to the beaches by car. And it's perfect that they serve food, so you don't need to go anywhere after a long hot day.

Right opposite the train station in lovely quiet town. The staff were very helpful and helped me to get a local taxi to go to and from The Tarot garden. Brilliant gelateria close by too and breakfast on the terrace is lovely.

Susanna is an excellent host. The little appartment is super clean and has every little thing you can think of that you might need. The little garden is quiet with a nice view of the old tower of Capalbio. We fell in love with the place and will be back next year. Susanna and Lele gave us great tips for beach and restaurants.
