We loved everything about the property. Location the views. Most of all our amazing host Lucia. Nothing was a problem she booked restaurants made us lunch and we had a wonderful breakfast. Lucia is a beautiful person.

The panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside were incredible. We also love the expansive grounds which includes rest areas, children’s play, stables and viewpoints. The staff were also very polite and helpful, including when our car had a puncture. Special shout-out to Fernando and Lorenzo for helping us out in that regard.

Amazing experience with breathtaking views over the Tuscan hills. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Tuscany’s more touristic villages. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the excellent food—pizza and pasta nights were a highlight. A big thanks to the dedicated staff who made our visit so memorable!

Lovely place, I hope to come back one day. We stayed as family with 2 small kids - they were supper happy and entertained with the grounds, playground, rabbit and turtles, pool and a little "river" next to the road. Views are spectacular, and so is the peacufull area. Food in the restaurant is very good, breakfast varied, dinners tasty. Washing mashine accesible at the reception. Apartment was spaceful and clean.

Excellent accommodation in a secluded part of Tuscany, surrounded by silence, tranquility and birdsong. Excellent starting point for exploring the area: Pisa, Florence, Siena an hour away, Volterra, Lajatico 25 minutes. Wherever you go, you are surrounded by the authentic Tuscan landscape in every direction. I highly recommend it, the contact person will help you directly and quickly if you get stuck.

Our stay was simply perfect, we were so happy with our choice. It was comfortable, lots of facilities, so we could feel like this is our vacation home. The surrounding is beautiful, the view is stunning so we were having our morning coffee outside every day. Beautiful paths for a morning run, too. The owners were not living in the same building but were easy to reach, and someone was coming every second day or so to check whether we are fine and do we need anything. And they were very easygoing and easy to like. If we are ever back to Tuscany, we will stay at the same place!

Diana and Joseph (stuff) were extremly kind. One morning there was no wifi and they have called tehnician and solve it till 15.00 pm.

The accommodation is in a small village, which is a perfect location for excursions. There is a market under the apartment, we bought our breakfast there every day. The host is very nice.

Beautiful, spacious villa in the glorious Tuscan countryside. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy meals overlooking the Tuscan hills and see the spectacular sunsets. Georgia is a fantastic host who helped arrange dinners and taxis for us to attend a friends wedding nearby. Her husband also cooked us the most delicious Italian meal on our first evening, it was incredible. The property is spacious and fully air conditioned. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the outdoor space and the hot tub. There is a small shop in the village which doubles as a bar/coffee shop which was handy and easy to walk to. We also enjoyed dinner at Villa Lucinda which was a fabulous experience. All in all, an amazing villa in an incredible location. We would definitely return.

Amazing stay! Definitely worth the price

exceptional hospitality, homemade breakfast, clean rooms, and a large garden. The house is situated at the edge of a small village, but the view is incredibly picturesque, and the experience is unforgettable.
