The location was in a small village, very quite, but not so far from the coast. The rooms are lovely decorated. In the kitchen you can cook together with other guests and have a nice talk together. If you’re looking for a place for relaxing it’s perfect. The owner Franz takes time and care for his guests and has always a good recommendation where to go, where to eat, what to discover.

Exceptional breakfast, first place in the last few years that we have visited that serves quality cured meat for breakfast. We saw the breakfast pictures on booking and that's why we chose this place. We were happy to see that it is exactly like advertised, quality raw bacon, ham and cured sausage just like home. Highly suggest this place and the beach is close too!

We had a wonderful time at la casa di Gabri. The house and garden are spacious and beautifully decorated, bedrooms have air conditioning, kitchen was well stocked, supplies for children were available (crib, highchair, crayons, etc). The coast is only a short drive away and there is so much to do and enjoy. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect location, just few minutes ride from Sistiana. Pleasant and friendly host that runs entire property including great local restaurant was really kind. Rooms are really spatious, equiped with solid wood furniture of old times, and with great traditional decoration as well. Really special experience these days. Big spatious courtyard, with beautifull garden type restaurant is at the site. Restaurant is serving great local food and specialities. Just one regular country house turned into beautifull cozy vacation point surprised us, and make us felt as we are at our own old place. We highly recommend this place for peacefull and pleasant stay for families and couples.

The apartment is absolutely lovely and fully equipped. It would be an ideal place to spend a week. The hosts could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to help us with logistics as we were on a walking tour and the town is sort of remote.

So clean and the host was wonderful. It was so lovely to have a balcony and garden space. Plenty of room and storage for clothes. Very well equipped kitchen too.

A beautiful house with nice modern rooms (each has its own bathroom), a spacious living room (kitchen included), a chill-out area outside, and tasty cherries from the garden. It's located in a calm place with some nice restaurants and cafes not far away (10-15 minutes on foot). The beach is also not too overcrowded, and the water is crystal-clear, but you have to plan some time to get there (took us around 10 minutes by bike). The hosts are very helpful and friendly!
