The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect—just a short bike ride to the beach and a great base for exploring nearby cities. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful, providing us with bikes to use during our stay as well as beach loungers and an umbrella at the beach. The breakfast each morning was great as well.

We spent one night in Comacchio, a charming city reminiscent of a small Venice and a must-see destination. Free parking is just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a cozy wine restaurant nearby, and the breakfast was good. Highly recommended!

A well presented and thought out property. Very well provisioned and lacking in nothing. The owners met us and proudly showed off the rooms. It is within east walking distance of many restaurants on the canal and easy access to a supermarket. Free parking is at the end of the street. Would have been very happy to stay longer than one night. The festival of eels was running over three weekends at the beginning of October, unfortunately we were there on a weekday night.

Fantastic breakfast and very helpful and accommodating hostess. On street parking right out front. Very clean and well organised - each room has its own numbered fridge.
