We had absolutely wonderful experience with Villa Martin Hotel! Beautifully renovated ancient villa was a very pleasant surprise. It not just a regular hotel, but a piece of history with the comfort of tastefully restored and preserved features of the 15th century castle. The most comfortable bed, super clean with beautiful views, the atmosphere, complementary drinks, coffee and tea in the room. Our beautiful host Franchesca made it the most memorable and best experience ever! We will be back to stay for more than one night! This place would be ideal for the honeymoon or the wedding. Thank you for such great experience and hospitality!

THE IS A RESTAURANT WITH SOME ROOMS ABOVE THE ROOM WAS TINY AND RATHER HOT. BUT ADVERTISED AS THAT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE SHOWER VERY CLEAN. ALMOST SLIPPED INSIDE SINCE IT WAS SO CLEAN END OF MAY, 2023, WAS RATHER HOT IN THE ROOM. DID NOT USE THE AC. NOT SURE IT HAD ONE THERE IS A OVERLAND ROAD, WHICH MAKES IT NOT QUIET. BUT THE CAR NOSIE DID NOT BOTHER. Also a bar restaurant over the street might have some noise THE YOUNG WOMEN EXPLAINED ME THE 3 KEY SYSTEM. AND SHE WAS ENERGY SAVVY, AS WE LEFT THE ROOM SHE NOTICED I LEFT THE LIGHT ON ... IT WAS THE CHEAPEST ROOM AROUND 45 EUR, WITH LEVEL 3 DISCOUNT. ITS A LOT FOR JUST A ROOM WITH BED AND WC SHOWER. BUT AS SAID, VALUE FOR MONEY IS BAD AT THIS TIME IN THE EU, PROBABLY CLOSE TO A MARKET CRASH ANYWAY I RATE IT A TEN, AND IF YOU JUST ARE UPSET FROM SLOVENIAS TOLL ROAD TRAPS, ITS OK TO STAY A NITE, WHILE PASSING THRU TO SLEEP THE ANGER OFF HAPPYTOURSWITZERLAND.COM

We chose the hotel to visit Venice (30 minutes by car). It is located in Dolo, on the bank of a canal, very nice place. We booked two rooms, as we were two adults and 3 children. Interesting key with an old heavy key fob. So you won't lose it. The room and bath are very clean, the price includes breakfast (quite good, and very tasty coffee), there is free parking. The hosts are hospitable, attentive. For a one-night stay, it's a great option.

Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel was truly exceptional. The variety and quality of the food offered were commendable, ensuring a delightful start to the day. Location: The hotel's location is praiseworthy. Not only is there free parking available for guests, but its proximity to the city, boasting of some great restaurants, made our experience even more enjoyable. It was convenient to explore and dine out in the city.

It was very clean, tidy and well presented. A modern room with everything we needed, plus free parking and easily accessible bus route to Venice. The lady at checkin was very friendly and helpful as was the gentleman when we came to leave. The breakfast was very nice especially having the option to eat in the garden and to have that included in the price is brilliant.

Nice room, that becomes very dark with the shutters - we had a good nights sleep! The location is a 35 minute bus ride into central Venice, but the bus stop is just across the road and you can purchase the return bus tickets from reception staff. There is free car parking directly across from the hotel too.
