Francesco and Anita were the loveliest hosts! Anita’s cooking was exceptional, and Francesco was so charming and sweet with our young children. The pool was gorgeous and we had it almost to ourselves. A perfect stay, thank you.

The location was perfect, the people very kind. We appreciated the swimming pool, the beautiful garden, the environment. The breakfast and the restaurant were good and our children enjoyed the kids zone. Definitely, We will come back.

This is a majestic place to stay. It’s an old farm and church that have been repurposed. Great swimming pool with amazing view on the Tuscan countryside.

The owner, Valentina, her family and colleagues went out of their way to make our stay superb. The setting of the hotel was beautiful with a lovely terrace overlooking the countryside, our room was very nicely decorated and everyone was so friendly. They have gone to so much effort to only use locally grow food, beautifully prepared. We had a 5 star supper there, thank you Valentina!

Agriturismo Prato Barone is located in a stunning hillside location outside of Florence. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and the quadruple "room", which is actually an entire apartment, is generous and authentic (stone cottage feel). We travelled in winter, and while this is NOT an easy property to heat, the owners cranked up the central heating system and it was cosy and warm. The dinner we enjoyed was fabulous, and excellent value for money. There are free roaming animals on the property (chicken, cats, a turkey).

Staff were excellent, Anna is so helpful, Francesca always has a smile and is extremely polite!!! Very clean, great location, fabulous setting!!

The hosts Andrea and Silvia are great persons and make you feel as if you are in your own home. Very helpful and make your stay pleasant and enjoyable

The property was beautiful and larger than we expected. It had all the modern comforts inside with clothes washing facilities if required. There were plenty of outside spaces to relax, eat and admire the views and fantastic sunsets. Our host was lovely, friendly and very communicative. The property is situated within easy reach of tourist spots and the train station is nearby should you wish to travel to Florence or other areas.

- Staying at this place is wonderful. - Car parking next to the residence. - Lemon and olive trees surround the house’s private swimming pool. - The cleanliness of the place is excellent.

The B&B is such a little gem, inside and out, set in a tranquil hill in the Tuscan countryside. The place is very well looked after, rooms are quiet and comfi and there is a little but cosy swimming pool corner with a superb view on the opposite hillside. A very relaxing place to be overall.

This was literally the prettiest place that we’ve ever stayed in Italy and probably whole Europe! The views from the hill are incredible, the style of the house is vintage and very cute. There are all the commodities - hot water, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge - all the necessary stuff to spend there at least few weeks. Luciano is the best host that we’ve met - he recommended us some restaurants, places to visit and the easy way to get to Florence. I didn’t notice any disadvantages in this place - it was just perfect! Thank you

Wonderful quiet accommodation in the hills near Florence. Very nice owner who advised us what we needed. Beautifully maintained pool. The accommodation is very spacious and despite the fact that there is no air conditioning, it was pleasant even in the hot weather. Perfectly equipped kitchen and spacious fridge. We would love to come again, thank you

The quietness of the area it was in, the views out over the valley and the overall positioning of the property. The staff were great, and the pool was perfect for relaxing in and around.
