Hotels with Parking in Lainate

Everything was absolutely perfect: very nice staff at the reception, we were upgraded to more spacious rooms and given vouchers for a free drink at the bar. The underground parking was very handy. The rooms were huge, modern and immaculately clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable. We would have stayed for longer if we could. Thank you!

Clean, good location great staff

Being able to park directly outside our room was a wonderful thing.

Chilled friendly staff. Great spot with small restaurants and coffee shops nearby. If you want a cool bar to drink in the evening with friends this is place for you. So very very clean everywhere. We loved it.

Everything was fine: clean, comfortable, secure parking, breakfast, payment options, nice hotel owners and put a lot of attention to details. Hard to say about location, if took me near 15 minutes from Fiera Milano by car. Anyway, a taxi shouldn’t be expensive there, I think.

We definitely like this place.

Everything is very nice here! Also a nice village with restaurants and you feel the old Italian environment. Own parking space behind a fence. The owner of this facility is doing a great job!! Thanks for the hospitality and I hope to come by again for a longer stay. Grazie mile!!

Apartment was very cosy and ideal for the family. My kids and wife enjoyed the stay very much... The apartment is very well located, supermarket, Burger King and furniture store just on the other side of the road. I would advice for a nice italian breakfast, the Caffé Sempione which is just 200m far. Everything was there, no need to ask. The baby bed was ready, clean and new. Marco was a very good host and the process was fast and smooth. All I say is you deserve 5* For sure we will use Marco again for our next stay in Milan.

Great. The host was very helpful. There were many accessories in the bathroom that we did not expect 😁 There were juices, water and even milk for coffee in the fridge and a little surprise for us 😉 The host really took care of everything to make our stay successful. Thank you for that.

Super clean and comfortable with a very nice and gentle hostess.

Clean, spacious and well equipped.

The property is very clean and it's as described and shown on photos, actually even a bit better than that. The furniture is classic old skull but in perfect condition . There's a nice balcony adjacent to quite a big kitchen, which is well equipped. Very nice 2 bathrooms, AC in all the rooms. WiFi working fine. Free parking available with no problem on the street outside the property . Lidl supermarket within 6-7 minutes walking distance. On top of this - a very nice host, easy to contact ( personally or by WhatsApp ) , living on the ground level of the house. To cut it short : a perfect value for money for a group of 4-6 people willing to go to Como / Maggiore / Milan or attending events in Rho / Fiera.

Excellent hosts and the apartment is really nice. If u have a car the location is perfect. Spacious and cosy. Hosts are quick to solve any complications and just overall help out. Definitely recommend!

The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring both Milan and Lake Como. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would especially like to thank the host, Marco, for his quick responses, kindness, and thoughtful hospitality. We really appreciated the breakfast and coffee he kindly provided. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Efficient, friendly service in a well equipped hotel

Rooms and bathroom were modern and very clean, parking, great & quiet location.

I, sincerely thank Mrs. Mara, for her help and support, she made me feel at home from the time I reached, and waited for me shown me and explained every thing, Mrs. Mara also helped me with getting food as I reached past dinner time, she even provided me with Umbrella as I did not carry one , ensured I had no problem to go to work, she also helped me book the cab for my return at early hours in the morning , I had no worries ,breakfast was nice and sufficient to start the day, and the location was beautiful, peaceful , plenty of I loved the location I had a very good stay

Separate apartman, very quiet environment, good location for Milano visit and Malpensa airport.

The room was spacious and modern. It had everything you need: TV, heating, desk, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. It also had a little balcony. Staff has been incredibly helpful and patient with me. I was meant to take the room for the night as I have adopted a small kitten from South of Italy. They have accommodated an early check in for me after explaining I wanted to avoid staying outside with the kitten in the cage. I'm so sorry because I know that the room was left a bit dirty due to the cat litter and the cat being a troublemaker! Also there's plenty of restaurants around for take away/delivery

A good hotel overall. The rooms are comfortable and the location is convenient. Breakfast could be a bit tastier, but that’s a matter of personal preference.

I recently stayed here for a few days while attending the EICMA trade fair. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and only one stop away from the fairgrounds. The owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful, truly going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The accommodation itself was clean, pleasant, and surprisingly spacious. A major highlight was the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals just like at home. The bed was large and exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, a small shopping center nearby offered convenient shopping options and a chance to savor delicious, freshly made pizzas and calzones, prepared by a very friendly local lady. The well-maintained and spotless bathroom added to the overall comfort. The place's warm and inviting ambiance makes it an ideal retreat after a busy day at the fair. I was thoroughly impressed by the blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality offered here. I would stay there one more time with pleasure.

The host was kindness itself — truly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The furniture and facilities were spotless and very well maintained, making everything comfortable and easy. Having a grocery store and a pharmacy located on the ground floor was incredibly convenient. The location is perfect for attending events at Rho Fiera, with excellent accessibility. This was a flawless place with nothing lacking. If I return to Rho Fiera in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The only missing piece was a gift shop on site for amenities and coffee related drinks and items.

Room was big and comfortable, perfectly designed. They have a restaurant, where we were able to have a great dinner after a flight. Breakfast is with many varieties, fantastic. Great place to stay!

Perfect place to stay near Milan. Very well connected to city centre. Excellent food! Extremely friendly owners!

Great hotel! Very clean and cozy, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant is excellent — delicious and well-presented food. Lovely atmosphere and true hospitality. Thank you!
