This is an ideal compromise - very close to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants. The property is just cute, a lot of green plants and flowers. Clean inside and kitchen is equipped sufficiently. External showers with hot water. In early July we did not need to use air conditioner, it was cool enough inside. Owner's son was very helpful - thank you Pasquale!

Awesome experience! The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The outdoor pool was stunning and the pool bar it’s just what you need in a hot day to keep you fresh. Staff was lovely and really helpful in any occasion, many thanks to Laura and Pietro for their kindly help during my stay. Highly recommended! I’ll be back for sure. Best place to stay in Ascea definitely!

Close to 2 UNESCO sites. The new swimming pool! Walking 5 minutes to the sandy beach (not rocky beach) The very attentive service by all staff members! The room was nice and cool; nice bathroom and bed. Pretty yard! We liked eating at night outside under the pergola, food very tasty. In the morning we enjoyed the cappuccino and cornetto under the pergola. Being able to call the shuttle to come get us from the train station. If you have small children, there is a jumpy place for them across the street and if you like "padel/pickel ball there is a court across street, also. The owners, Andrea and Teresa were making sure all guest were taken care of!
