Very clean, beautiful hotel..good location if you're by car to visit the center of Modica and surrounding towns. Staff is amazing, and our stay was overall very pleasant and we would reccommend this hotel always.

The resort was modern, clean, light and airy in the middle of the countryside near Noto. The staff was amazing , really going out of their way to help. We tried to have a spa session but the timing did not work out as it was only available late pm after we already checked out, we should have stayed an extra day! The highlight was the restaurant. Kudos to the chef for his delicate, delicious and well presented food. Plentiful too and very reasonable prices We ate there both nights. Fantastic

Big hotel. Parking is for fee only in the garage, outside in hotel courtyard it is free. Breakfast is rich, big choice of sweet pastry, but also eggs, cheese, ham etc. Room is big and soundproof.

Everything was just perfect! Easy parking, very clean apartments with amasing decore and the most beutiful view of Modica..Great!

The place is very close to the center of the city, you don't need to climb high by foot to get there. It was also easy to park the car nearby. The owner speaks only Italian, but it was a pleasure to deal with her daughter who speaks perfect English. The room was great. no high-tech design, everything was clean and cozy. Definitely worth the money.

The Host is a Sicilian gentleman. Very little English but very helpful and obliging. Offered his garage for our car. We enquired about the washing machine …. and he organized our washing for us! Excellent location.

The location was fabulous and within a short walk to the centre. The house was lovely and had everything you could want and the balcony was superb with an amazing view. Everything was immaculate and we could have comfortably have stayed for a lot longer. In fact, we've already decided that we will go back and stay for a few days as Modica itself is stunning and you are also very close to the beautiful coast. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Fantastic apartment with an outstanding view over Modica Alta. In the house you will find everything you need for your stay. Without a single doubt, I would come back here!!

The apartment is in Modica centre. It was even better than we expected, close to everything, in the beautiful old town. You don't want to miss these streets if you come to Sicily, it was the best experience. The apartment was clean, modern and very nice. The hosts were also very kind, we're glad for everything!
