Everything. Brand new. Very clean. The view is killing. Director and the the stuff lady so nice. Warm inside what is not normal for Sicily und winter ! Breakfast nice. And the roof top terrace. Room is like pictures like. Highly recommending!!

The resort was modern, clean, light and airy in the middle of the countryside near Noto. The staff was amazing , really going out of their way to help. We tried to have a spa session but the timing did not work out as it was only available late pm after we already checked out, we should have stayed an extra day! The highlight was the restaurant. Kudos to the chef for his delicate, delicious and well presented food. Plentiful too and very reasonable prices We ate there both nights. Fantastic

From Modica you can visit a lot of beautiful places: Noto,...

From Modica you can visit a lot of beautiful places: Noto, Ragusa, Scicli, just to mention the most important, and hike in many different Natural Oasis, such as Vendicari, Cassibile, etc. A car is absolutely needed. Food is amazing, try the "Macco di fave". My suggestion is to stay not only one day but spend some time in the town, wonder around, talk to people (always kind) and discover new spots. Modica Alta is worth to visit.

Modica is nice but not quite what I was expecting.

Modica is nice but not quite what I was expecting. No Centro Storica as such , the Main Street is lacking in the typical feel of most Italian towns in my opinion and a distinct lack of the little piazzas which make much of the charm of most towns. The side streets are more interesting but only just. The Osteria sensa perduti is a nice place for a meal and the Duomo bar is also nice

Beautiful quaint town - we stayed two nights which was great. More time if we wanted to relax more but otherwise good. Radici restaurant was excellent! We went on the sightseeing train and walked around, tasted chocolate and saw the two main churches

Modica is a very old town on South-east Sicily, quite important for her history and baroque architecture. Getting around is easy, if you like to walk a lot! There are a lot of stairs and climbings to get to Modica Alta, but it's worth. Food is very good and there are still restaurants with good prices. From Modica you can reach the beach in half an hour by car, and you can also visit several good natural spots (like Riserva Naturale di Pantalica, Cavagrande, Vendicari) just driving one/two hours. Good craftwork as well, especially ceramics.

Modica is a must-see if you are visiting the south of Sicily...

Modica is a must-see if you are visiting the south of Sicily. The rich architecture majestically adorns the hills that surround the centre. The quaint streets and stunning views are simply idyllic. We were lucky enough to visit during the Easter festivities which really highlight the spirit of Sicilian culture. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants - wherever you go the food is exquisite and the service is warm and friendly.

Modica is really cleaned and has beautiful big streets. We could visit it just by walking around. Everything was close: shops, restaurants, train station. It's family friendly. Their specialty is the meat chocolate. They have a Bubble Tea shop.

The Modica Boutique Hotel is a great hotel. I loved the modern design and the fact that parking was free. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh juice and great tasting homemade ice cream/sorbet. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and I liked the tiled floors. The bathroom was good too – good water pressure made for a nice shower. Overall, it's a stylish and cozy place to stay.

Everything. This has been our second time in this hotel, it was just perfect. It’s a family owned homestay and they are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is a strong point. It’s close to Duomo. The room is clean, very nice furniture, terrace, little garden with mandarin, orange trees. This is really a little heaven in Sicily.

The hotel sitting at the main street Corso Umberto I, so we can park at the opposite for free. The hotel is the old Palazzo with family-run. The decoration is so beautiful and charming with the old historic details. I stay in the Barones Room with the view on Modica’s most famous church. it was spacious and comfortable room.
