Staff corteous, room spacious and clean, with a minifridge, location superb next to supermarket, bus stop, shopping center, breakfast minimal but ok continental and English. To go back to the room after 11 pm you need to enter from a door in the basement next to the garage, you can park the car outside the hotel.

Very clean and well kept. Host was very friendly and everything was as described. Wonderful bathroom and the bedroom. Place was spotlessly clean and we felt right at home. Recommend this place anytime. Parking was available as promised.

We stopped overnight on our way from Livorno to Chambery. Very convenient as close to the motorway. Free parking. Friendly staff. Nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed and a big shower room. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening we arrived but we had a good meal in the pizzeria next door. There is also a really good supermarket just up the road with the best range of drinks and fresh produce at excellent prices - so we were able to buy Select Aperativo and Amaro as well as French Calvados and Armagnac! Would definitely stay there again.

We were hesitant about the location but needed somewhere on our trip to stay for one night. We were more than happy with our choice. The manager saw us arrive and immediately came out to show us the reserved parking. Then we were greeted by Kristina who spoke English and some Greek which was a big surprise. The rooms are above a bar cafe which has an awesome atmosphere and every salami, ham cheese... and we arrived at happy hour for 5 euro spritz. The room has everything you need, fridge that fits big water bottles, hairdryer etc. comfortable and well set out. Bathroom supplies are there and good towels. Elevator from. The entrance is wheelchair friendly well though out. Wifi worked well. The room was quiet and had aircon. Breakfast was excellent. The biggest standout was the service from everyone we met. Smiling, happy to have us there, kind and thoughtful. Better than some five star resorts I've stayed. Thank you for making our one night feel so awesome. The people have made us think it's a place to return to explore or use as a base because of this is the people of Parma then we want to see more. Side note. They also had water and drinks and snacks in the room which was unexpected.

It was a real one agri-turismo, meaning a cosy apartment, featuring old country style furniture, very comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom. The entrance leads through the old, rustically maintained kitchen where your breakfast is ready in the morning. That breakfast is going to be reach and for everybody’s taste. Privet parking in the yard. Fantastic host - very communicative person. We also bought few jars of natural honey. A restaurant in 100m distance.
