Fantastic host Rose, great location . Rose gave us very good tips around town . Great propertyWe loved our stay

We were really impressed with the staff especially Sharon on reception who went the extra mile. Making us really welcome & Tilly our dog so welcome. She even translated the menu into English for us & waited on us at dinner. The food was exceptional & made us want to stay the extra night.

We have stayed here many times even during covid and we have no complaints and no reason not to in the future

We booked a room at this location for me, my parter & daughter. After we had earlier cancelled our trip and couldn't find the same available apartment when planning to travel again, we booked a place here and what an amazing and pleasant surprise it was. This place is truly a little gem. Upon arriving late in the evening, the place looked so serene. The room was very clean. It was super peaceful and we all had very restful sleep. In the morning, we had another beautiful surprise: we were only a 3 minute walk away from a stunning little medieval village! It was a Sunday and super quiet. The views were truly stunning. Afterwards, we met the hostess who was super hospitable. I would highly recommend this place ☆☆☆☆☆

Warm welcome , the stunning view from the b#b , the breakfast , the village of offagna

Homeliness and simplicity, but nice and clean. And good food. And very beautiful and nice hostess who served us breakfast 🫶

The couple with their beautiful Bernese were very welcoming, the food excellent and the surroundings well off the beaten track. If you want somewhere quiet this is it.

Everything was perfect, beauty and clean apartement, varied and fine breakfast.

Very helpful proprietor despite the language barrier Great location for exploring region Clean, comfortable, and quiet Comfy bed. Superb and generous breakfast. We considered this establishment as great value. Secure off street parling. Highly recommend for a relaxing break

We loved the vibe, the environment but mostly the hosts who are incredible people!

Wonderful setting, incredible views.

This family-run B&B is located in a beautiful location, overlooking the hills. It’s also a short drive from many great seaside places, such as Sirolo or Numana. Moreover, what will make your stay a great experience is the host’s hospitality. Vittoria is a very caring, curious, and welcoming host. Five stars also for her homemade breakfast.

We have spent 9 nights in the house, everything was great, the rooms and the space was big enough, we loved the terrace and the view. Stephano was very helpful and gave us all the necessary info, delicious sweets for breakfast. We could visit the area and discover several beaches by car. (15-25 minutes driving)

Hosts were extremely kind, warm and hospitable. The breakfast is very good, with home-made and local products. It's very well appointed and cute, like a doll's house. The bathroom is fantastic, with lots of space and a strong, hot shower.
