The service provided was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The architecture of the building is beautiful, with rooms that include a small terrace.

Next to train station for aiport and next to mercato and old town.Very friendly stuff, kept my luggage after check out for a last walk. Big ,clean and spacious room, very good price.

The hotel is located at the very heart of Palermo city center. Within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach all the important monuments. The rooms are recently renovated and the bathroom is just excellent. The breakfast is very rich in a cosy restaurant at the ground floor. All these are easy to figure out from the map and by studying all the photos and info included in the various reviews. What might be harder to spot is the staff of the hotel that places heart and soul to make your stay truly memorable. I felt as if they already knew all my habits - always anticipating my needs. This took me completely by surprise.

Excellently located in the main pedestrian area but still quiet enough. Nice and modern design of the room. Staff friendly and forthcoming. We really liked talking to Laurie and getting local tips from her.

Apartment exactly as in photos! Very nice and helpful hosts. The location is wonderful, just 2 minutes away from Massimo Theatre. Very clean with all amenities required. I really really recommend!

Everything was simply perfect. We particularly appreciate the quality of the bed, the overall furniture, the ambience, and the all concept of the FALSTAFF Rooms & Suites. The host Antonio, and his wife are lovely people. And the location the best you can get in Palermo. I can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stai in bella Palermo.

Elena the host was so kind and welcoming, she made us feel right at home. The art Deco building was very sound proofing, we slept very well, the room was very comfortable and spacious, with a terrace too. Breakfast of fresh hot pastries and coffee was delicious, there is also fruit, cereal and yoghurt too. We would stay again !

Isabella was a fantastic host. Her communication was exceptional. The apartment is in a fantastic area of town, within walking distance to all the sites. Isabella recommended a driver for transfer from Mondello. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a lift to the apartment. The wifi was fantastic.

The apartment is super well located near shops, restaurants and the visits of the historical center. The views from the terrace are amazing. We were there with our children and the apartment is super big and were very good. definitely we recommend it and will come back again
