The hotel is located at the very heart of Palermo city center. Within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach all the important monuments. The rooms are recently renovated and the bathroom is just excellent. The breakfast is very rich in a cosy restaurant at the ground floor. All these are easy to figure out from the map and by studying all the photos and info included in the various reviews. What might be harder to spot is the staff of the hotel that places heart and soul to make your stay truly memorable. I felt as if they already knew all my habits - always anticipating my needs. This took me completely by surprise.

This is a gem of a hotel, just a two star in terms of ratings, and while the rooms and fittings are basic, we got a small apartment at the back of the building, with a full kitchen and dining area, along with two balconies looking over the adjacent botanic garden. It’s a local residential area so don’t expect lots of tourist bars and restaurants and because of that, during our two night stay we simply made dinner in with ingredients from the local Todis Supermarket which is round the corner. Nights are quiet and serene. The Red Bus has a stop just across the road on Via Lincoln. I would return for sure. The man who runs the front desk is so kind and helpful, this was a really memorable stay.

Great location, view and very clean hotel. We didn't expect for a three star hotel to be this nice! It exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful, room was very clean and food was really good. Highly recommended.

Apartment exactly as in photos! Very nice and helpful hosts. The location is wonderful, just 2 minutes away from Massimo Theatre. Very clean with all amenities required. I really really recommend!

Everything was simply perfect. We particularly appreciate the quality of the bed, the overall furniture, the ambience, and the all concept of the FALSTAFF Rooms & Suites. The host Antonio, and his wife are lovely people. And the location the best you can get in Palermo. I can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stai in bella Palermo.

Location was great and communication with the owners. The terrace is amazing!

Elena the host was so kind and welcoming, she made us feel right at home. The art Deco building was very sound proofing, we slept very well, the room was very comfortable and spacious, with a terrace too. Breakfast of fresh hot pastries and coffee was delicious, there is also fruit, cereal and yoghurt too. We would stay again !

Isabella was a fantastic host. Her communication was exceptional. The apartment is in a fantastic area of town, within walking distance to all the sites. Isabella recommended a driver for transfer from Mondello. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a lift to the apartment. The wifi was fantastic.

The apartment is super well located near shops, restaurants and the visits of the historical center. The views from the terrace are amazing. We were there with our children and the apartment is super big and were very good. definitely we recommend it and will come back again
