The highlight for us is the charming location; Living in a beautiful stone villa, with a generous garden, is a dream come true; The location is very comfortably close to Fiumicino airport (by car!), and provides a good base camp to go to the beach, or even to the nearby lake bracciano (25 min by car);

There is one word to describe this hotel. Iconic. If you get chance to go, do not hesitate.

Close Location to airport for a few days R&R when arriving in Rome. The resort is beach front with a cool beach bar. Restaurant onsite is great for breakfast lunch & dinner and the staff are just so friendly, welcoming and attentive. We highly recommend staying here.

Lovely quiet location not too far from Rome surrounded by farmland with a large pool

The location is 20 min from the airport. We arrived late at night but they help us check in.. There Is a good restaurant in the property and we order the best pizza we had in Italy. The room was clean and the bring usfresh water.

A really nice and quiet place ran by wonderful people and within driving distance of Rome. The pool is very good too.

Good location, close to train station to Rome (10 mins walk) as well as to beach (10 mins by car). Comfortable for 5 persons.

An amazing host, thank you for everything. The house is huge and comfortable and has everything for a wonderful stay in Rome. Parking is secure, wifi is good and the train station is really close by. I would book again.

Flat really looks like home, nice furniture, good place to park car, quiet neighbourhood. Great grocery store is nearby. It was our best place we’re staying during our travel by Italy.

Warm atmosphere, positive energy

We stayed here as a couple with our baby and had a lovely experience. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently close to the airport. The host was very communicative and made everything smooth and easy. Overall, it met our expectations and was a comfortable place to stay.
