The amazing natural surroundings with a clean pool and lovely space to walk around. Very quiet and peaceful and easy to relax. All bedrooms have an ensuite, which was great for our large group. Great balcony for a morning coffee and a generous dining table with a gorgeous window. Lina was an incredible host and available whenever we needed her.

The owner was very accommodating. The apartment is neat and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely equiped. This is just a little outside of Pontelandolfo where accommodations are limited. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the town. We were able to use the shared kitchen which was fully equipped. Further, our host provided us with coffee, Italian pastry, juice, milk, and even a big basket of fruit! I would highly recommend staying here.

We were so happy with our stay. The location was perfect, nice and quiet and beautiful. Nella was an excellent host. She came to greet us right away when we got to the house. She also went above and beyond and helped my dad connect with our italian relatives and also showed us where to get something to eat after our long travel!

We spent one night in the lovely Apartment. It was like visiting our partners. They are both so nice, helpful and full of love. They had bought drinks, small things to eat for breakfast, coffee ( the room was booked without breakfast). We was amazed from the apartment. It was nice and very clean. A lot of place and everything you need, it is really a Jolie petite Maison.The location was perfect to take a walk around the village or to go to the restaurant. I can only highly recommend this little please of heaven. We are thankful, that we found this place for our best night in Italy. Thank you

The property was faultless. Exceptionally clean, large, fully equipped and a view to die for. we shall return! The bar in the village for breakfast was a great authentic slice of Italy and the lady who ran the place was so friendly and welcoming. The owner of the b&b was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful location in a quiet setting. it was really easy to get to the historic town center by car. There are also cafes and a restaurant outside the property. Will visit again.
