The room is located very close to the vibrant town centre. The room was modern and comfortable. There is some limited (4 spaces) free on street parking and the owner can provide a permit, but the spaces may not be available. There is a large car park nearby (2-3 minutes walk) but you have to pay.

Very spacious apartment on the top (3rd) floor. Comfortable beds, good black out shutters in all rooms, easy parking right in front of the building, no noise nuance from the street even on market days (Mondays). Prato is a good base for exploring Tuscany in easy day trips by car, with a frequent, fast and cheap train connection to the center of Florence at less than 10 mins walking distance from the house. The owner was fast to respond and offered lots of information. Supermarket within walking distance.

Communication prior to travel was good. Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly by Alex, who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was central. Close by to local restaurants and shops, and the train station a 13min walk, perfect for getting to Florence without the car. Parking was priced reasonably, but if you have a car bigger than a Honda H-RV, you may struggle to access it. The gateway is quite narrow. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent apartment and a wonderful stay! We had a great experience staying at this apartment. It was spacious, very clean, bright, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace was a fantastic bonus and the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening. The location is excellent—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the center of Prato and all essential amenities. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos, and our expectations were even exceeded. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Prato and the surrounding area.
