Breakfast it was fully, variety of choices and good caffee.

The hotel and the staff are great.

We spent four nights in this hotel .Very quiet and very clean. The staff very friendly and always with a smile on their lips. I have nothing to complain about. Everything was as it should be. I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Prato.

Everything was clean, many usefull things in the room, like toothbrush, shaving kit, slippers. Friendly staff, large parking, quiet room.

Friendly staff Clean room Free big indoor parking

Perfect toscany feeling. I will go back if I can.

Everything was perfect...the train stop to Firenze center is a few minutes from hotel...fully recommend..👍breakfast good selection 🙂

Eleanora and Roberto were the most exceptional and hospitable hosts we have ever experienced in our travels. The Villa is bellisimo. The food, view, people and overall experience was life changing. We have never enjoyed a stay as much as we have here. We cannot wait to return. We truly consider Eleanora and Roberto new found family.

The staff were all friendly and ensured I had a comfortable stay.

Position, easy to reach motorway and town centre

breakfast Rich, varied and delicious

Staff was very kind and helpful, we want to come back :)

The room was very big, well designed and comfortable.

Great location for working in and around the wholesale area of Prato

The hotel is very clean, the cleaning lady changed our towels every day and gave us complimentary water bottles, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. We arrived close to midnight and the lady at the reception waited for us and helped us with our bags, for which there is also an elevator. The room was new and renovated, it had a new tv and AC. There was a good coffe machine and a snack machine roght outside the room. I was suprised by the negative reviews and I don’t see a reason for them. I had nothing but good impressions of this hotel 10 out of 10.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Prato. Francesco was really repsonsive and helpful. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, excellent location. Highly recommended.

The owner was super nice and thoughtful, because I had late check out, I am really gratefull. The position is very central, next to the main square, few minutes from the train stop if you are coming from Florence. Small italian breakfast is included at the bar. Clean, there is WiFi and TV For sure, you shouldn't expect 5 starts hotel, but the price and quality correspond, much better and cheaper than staying in Florence. I don't know why people rating it low. BTW, after reading reviews, I went to have breakfast at Formica bar and it was good.

It was very clean, fully air-conditioned, close to the train stations

Property is very clean and spacious. Area for drinks and shared fridge. Lift available to help with luggage. Host was very accommodating, friendly and warm. Air con works a treat, very convenient location but still quiet.

So central and had everything needed for the stay. Clean just perfect
