Beautiful place, calm and quiet. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good. The whole ambience is great and domestic, full recommendation.

A great overnight option if you're tired from visiting the outlet mall. Beautifully restored rooms and welcoming hosts. Excellent breakfast. The only downside is that it's almost always booked, so if there are rooms available on the dates you're interested in, you're incredibly lucky - book right away))

Ambient - inside & outside

The owner is simply amazing. The place is charming, beautifully decorated and peaceful.

That's the place where you want to come back as soon as possible. Everything there is absolutely perfect! Peaceful atmosphere, spotless clean everywhere, great location (25 drive minutes to reach Venice, 40 minutes to Caorle Adriatic beach and 1:40 to the heart of Dolomites Cortina dAmpezzo), delicious breakfasts (all cakes and candies hand made!), swimming pool and sunbeds to relax, coffee whenever you want and a fridge full of cold prosecco and Peroni... and the most important: best hosts we have ever met: Mara and Mario!!! If you want to visit Northern Italy you must stay at Il Rifugio del Poeta.

Really nice spacious house . Even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. Well equipped kitchen, lovely garden. The visiting cats were a plus, certainly for our youngest. We had a nice ride with the e-bikes in the area.

The keys were there for us as arranged and the host was extremely friendly and welcoming.

We had the opportunity to stay 2 nights at one of Dario’s apt. Everything was great, the ap is in a new modern building. You have everything you need in walking distance like the McArthur outlet across the street, a great selection of good restaurants and a nice coffee bar with delicious pastry. Good AC, amazing fragrances inside the unit + water and a bottle of orange liqeur from the house which is great on this hot days. Dario himself is a very friendly and kind person always willing to help and to make your stay better. We will come again! thanks and all the best, alla prossima🇮🇹

The staff was very helpful and responsive to my emails. They help me keep a parcel which was sent to the hotel. The room was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Car park was right in front of the hotel. It was very close to the Premium Outlet, which was the reason we were there. There were many eateries nearby. There is a petrol station opposite the hotel. Convenient as I had to return my rental car with a full tank. I topped up the tank and return the car at Venice airport.

Very friendly staff, everyting is clean, comfortable bed, super breakfast and dinner.

We have stayed only for one night on a drive to our final destination. But this place is so much more and we would like to stay here again in the future! The room was new, really nice and had everything you need. Bathroom had an amaizing shower and couch bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The place is run by a couple who are so nice and take care of everything. We had such a good talk :) Breakfast was amaizing and everything is home made. Thank you and see you again in the future!
