It’s amazing. The location, friendly staff were so helpful, food was great, pool was nice also! Couldnt fault it

1. Location: Perfect. 15-20 minutes drive away from San Gimignano, but that was a plus for me, since I like to stay slightly away from city centers. Plus, driving down to other Tuscan towns (Pienza, San Quirico, Montepulciano; Sienna, Volterra, Certaldo) is easier to do from here since you save the distance and time as compared to other places. 2. Breakfast: Good spread of sweet and savouries, juices, yoghurt and coffee. They had gluten free white bread too, which was amazing honestly. Some more vegetarian options (potatoes/sautéed veggies) could be added though. 3. Coffee: You'll get a fresh cup of coffee every time you ask for one, and honestly that's the best thing. Right from morning, till 10PM, you can ask for coffee (any kind) and they'll make it for you. 4. Hosts: Very hospitable, welcoming, and sweet staff. The owner also lives on/around the property, so you get to meet him, chat with him, and he's also part of the hosting team. Don't hesitate in asking for bottled water - they'll be happy to accommodate you, since the ground water/tap water isn't ideal for drinking. Overall the team is very helpful, supportive, and accommodating. 5. Parking: Ample space to park your car, even if it is an SUV 6. Pool: Didn't get a chance to use it, but the pool, its water, and surroundings - everything was clean and beautiful. Very good for summer time holidays to chill out in the evening and have your drinks and food around it. 7. Room: Their superior double room has an amazing view of the hills, its fun to sit in the balcony and soak in the sunset view - the violets and crimson colours in the sky. Rooms are clean, well-lit, no funky smells, good full-sized mini bar fridge, cupboard with extra pillow and blanket, and a well-lit clean bathroom with a heating radiator and hair dryer.

Beautiful modern room with wonderful view of the vineyard. The welcoming of the staff (Carla) was excellent with a tour of the facilities. This hotel is driven by a wonderful Italian family. The facilities are just excellent and location is great for visiting San Gimignano. You can actually choose the free shuttle transport by the hotel or walk to San Gimignano. Excellent breakfast and dinner in wonderful facilities with great tuscan view. Relaxing pool area and good vine. We stayed there for four nights and had a lovely stay. We did also get great recommendations for other restaurants in the area by the hotel staff.

Historical building with very comfortable big room.

Spacious enough, solid bathroom, somewhat comfortable beds. There is A/C if you need it. Nice sitting area in front of the house where you can relax under the trees. 20 min walk to San Gimignano (a bit of an uphill, but it was expected). We saw the bus stopping at the campsite but didn't take it (though you can purchase tickets on reception). Decent and not expensive camp restaurant. DIdn't see or use the pool.

Everything was perfect, strong recommendation to stay in San Giminano. Francesca and Rodolfo were lovely hosts.

Wonderful agriturismo with delicious food and gracious hospitality. Our apartment was comfortable and the location was great for visiting San Gimignano.

Friendly staff,location is over my expectations!!!

We had the most amazing stay in Tuscany at this property. We rented 2 of their apartments in the town and the top floor one had the most stunning views of the countryside. It was clean, charming and comfortable. If you have the opportunity, do not miss cooking with the family at their guest house just down the hill (which would also be a gorgeous place to stay in the summer with the beautiful pool and views)! Wonderful family and accommodations, would love to return!

Good location close to San Gimignano. Breakfast was good and the on site restaurant was delicious. Good recommendation from the staff for local wine tasting at Il Palagione and dinner at Perucá in San Gimignano.

Location, staff and the Junior Suite are amazing with a great outlook

It was our first real Tuscan hotel after a few nights in Florence. And it was like a breath of fresh air. I could return anytime for the garden with the incredible pool or the beyond amazing breakfast. Of course the room was spot clean and modern. What can be better than enjoying a glass of red wine near the pool surrounded by the Tuscan hills.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed and great value for money

The view of the Tuscan hills was amazing, the property was gorgeous. I have dietary restrictions (GF. vegetarian) the owner was accommodating when we booked dinner and breakfast the food was amazing. I had a few questions about the apartment during our stay we used the e-mail booking system and the staff responded withing in minutes.

Cozy and well equipped room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast.

Paolo and Ledo (or Leto, apologies for not knowing the spelling) were just the best. Besides being a really beautiful and historic property, they went out of their way to help in any and every way possible. I couldn't say more positive things about them and the property.

Best staff, incredible food and spectacular property and views.

We very much enjoyed our stay here - it was charming and comfortable. We loved our room, which was clean and had everything we needed, and the grounds were amazing - what views! We also loved the restaurant - the dinner and breakfasts were fantastic!! It was just a short drive to San Gimignano, and close enough to Volterra to explore that beautiful town as well!

Staff is perfect, all you need is available in the room! Great landscape, pool. Best breakfast in Europe. Don’t miss the dinner there😍

We had a lovely time here. The location is great to go and explore Tuscany. The surroundings and views are beautiful. The garden of the location is lovely. We had great weather for April and we were even able to enjoy the Tuscan sun by the pool. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The rooms were clean and comfy. The hosts and the personnel were kind and helpful. It is truly what I thought a countryside house in Tuscany could be. We would definitely want to return here if we get the opportunity.

Breakfast was above & beyond The nuts on the oatmeal and nut butters were my favorite and all the imaginative dishes were very good

So friendly. Made dinner just for us even though the restaurant was closed. Drove us to our Camino route at 700 am. Food was delicious and the sisters were so lovely. The place is beautiful with an amazing view
