Just near the motorway! We stopped end of June just for overnight rest. The room was very big and clean. Very clean bathroom and towels. Very comfortable bed for both of us, very clean bedding and comfortable pillows. Check in at any time, 24h concierge. Very nice staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast and very tasty coffee. Breakfast from 6am to 10am. Check out by 10am. Plenty of parking. And very good curtains, to make the room dark, to my liking! AC working as intended. Small fridge that was cooling well enough. And all the rest you can and should find in a 4* hotel. Got the room with very good discount in the app so, yes, good value for money.

Very large and clean apartment. Highly recomended, expecially for families.

The reception staff were absolutely excellent. We’d had a nightmare situation with our old car breaking down which then meant a lot of complicated conversations. Our language skills are limited to English but Greta and the woman on the afternoon shift kindly made the phone calls on our behalf and smoothed the path to the car being repaired. They were so very kind and professional and we appreciated them very much. The restaurant staff were charming and food delicious. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Friendly cleaning staff.

If you want to visit Como's main attractions, this is the place for you! Clean, neat, warm, cozy, comfortable, beautiful, and there's so much more to say about this place. This charming house and the wonderful town of Faloppio are now our favorite place! Huge thanks to Maria-Cristina for her hospitality, responsiveness, and friendliness! We'll definitely see you again!!! ❤️

Outstanding little place to stay. Off the beaten track but only 15 minutes from Lake Como. Staff could not have been more helpful at every point. Absolute 10/10 stay

Very original, comfortable and spacious apartment in an almost villa style compound - nice porch and a view on old trees. Very caring owner (lives next door). Private parking. Great restaurant close by, owner helped with reservation. 30 min to Lake Como and Milano.

The house was lovely and very comfortable. Beautiful little garden. Comfy bed. We loved it there. Monica was also a wonderful host, such a lovely lady.
